Yellowstone Coffee Roasters is a family owned and operated craft coffee company operating outside Bozeman, Montana. YCR has been small batch roasting the best coffees in the west since 1998. Then, in the summer of 1998, with a vision inspired by their days on the road, the Weyer family built their first roastery in a one-room log cabin. Yellowstone Coffee Roasters was born... In the summer of 1990, after years spent living as nomadic baristas in their remodeled school bus, Tim and Liz Weyer ventured to southwest Montana in search of a place where they could establish roots, raise a family, and share their passion for specialty coffee. They found that community in Bozeman and spent their first several years in the Gallatin Valley operating Montana's first mobile coffee bar and bringing up their two sons, Ben and Will.
