Jon Moyers represented major U.S. corporations for 17 years in state and federal courts in multiple states, handling complex civil litigation. Representative clients included Monsanto, United Industries, Union Pacific, BNSF Railway, and Dow. For the past 13 years, he has focused his practice on representing individuals against corporations. He has successfully handled professional malpractice, sexual abuse, motor vehicle, railroad injury, and negligence lawsuits. Jon is a fellow of the American College of Trial Attorneys and the American Board of Trial Advocates. He is licensed in Montana, Wyoming, and Washington, and a member of multiple federal bars. He also has presented at numerous continuing education and other legal seminars and is the author of a multivolume set on civil jury instructions.
