Thinking of extending or making modifications to your home? We can work with you on a design to meet your needs and fit your budget. We will prepare the application required to gain the necessary approvals for the work whether that be under permitted development or an application for planning permission. Once permission has been obtained we can work with you to address any conditions set, manage change through the project lifecycle or, in the unlikely event of a refusal, prepare an appeal to the planning inspectorate... Once planning approval is in place we can prepare detailed design drawings and specifications for submission to Building Control. Where structural design is required we will work with a local Chartered Structural Engineer or an engineer of your choice should you prefer. The package prepared for Building Control will also enable your chosen builder(s) to provide you with an accurate detailed quotation for the works.
