Adam D. Glassman

Adam D. Glassman is the firm's managing attorney. His expertise is in the prosecution of both federal and state personal injury and medical malpractice matters. Furthermore, Mr. Glassman specializes in commercial, corporate and real estate litigation and transactions for personal, as well as institutional clientele. Mr. Glassman graduated from Brooklyn College (summa cum laude) in 1991 and was inducted into the Phi Beta Kappa national honor society that same year. Thereafter, he attended the Fordham University School of Law and served as a staff member of the Fordham Urban Law Journal, before graduating in 1994. Subsequently, he was admitted to the Bar in the State of New York (1995) and the U.S. District Court for the Southern and Eastern Districts of New York. Following his admission to the New York Bar, Mr. Glassman served as a Trial Attorney with Zurich's Insurance Company's Manhattan staff counsel office (1995-1999). He later served as a Senior Trial Attorney in Zurich's Long Island staff counsel office (1999-2000). While employed by Zurich, Mr. Glassman was engaged in the practice of defense litigation, with a focus on New York State Labor Law, automobile, and premises liability cases. In addition to taking a number of favorable jury verdicts, Mr. Glassman also drafted and successfully argued numerous appeals before the Appellate Divisions in the First and Second Judicial Departments. In 1997, Mr. Glassman commenced his teaching career as an Adjunct Professor of Law at the Zicklin School of Business of the City University of New York (CUNY). He left Zurich to pursue teaching full-time as a Professor of Law at Zicklin (2000-2005), where he instructed graduate and undergraduate students in all facets of the "Law of Business Contracts" and the "Law of Business Organizations". In addition to being honored by Zicklin and CUNY as one of its most outstanding Professors, Mr. Glassman excelled as a scholar, having published a number of Law Review articles in nationally renowned Law Reviews and Law Journals. These articles have since been cited by a multitude of academicians in their own scholarly works. Mr. Glassman's most significant contribution to CUNY came through his involvement with the CUNY (now Macaulay) Honors College. From 2001 to 2005, he served this institution with distinction both as a course creator and Professor. After taking time off to focus on the private practice of law, Mr. Glassman resumed his involvement with the Macaulay Honors College in January of 2007, where he continued to serve as a course advisor and Adjunct Professor at its Hunter College Campus until 2014. Mr. Glassman has also served as an Adjunct Professor of Law at Touro College, where he taught courses in both Real Estate and Business Law.

Alan C. Glassman

Alan C. Glassman is the firm's founder. His expertise is in the prosecution of federal and state personal injury and medical malpractice liability cases. Mr. Glassman is a highly respected litigator who has tirelessly advocated for the rights of his injured clients for nearly 60 years. Mr. Glassman has also served with distinction as an arbitrator with the American Arbitration Association, and as a law professor. Over the course of his illustrious career, he has recovered more than one hundred million dollars for his clients.
