Though the company itself is still young, managers Richard Mullins, Carlos Santacruz and Fei Hu have been in the local real estate and home improvement industry for years. Richard is a board approved Class A contractor, he has contributed and managed many local projects in the Hampton roads area. Fei is a licensed Realtor in the state of VA and has helped many clients and investors to improve the value of their property. Carlos is our on site manager and has 10+ plus years of experience with contracting and construction. We also have Angelica Copley who is our in house interior designer.
