- Billing Manager and Anesthesia Coordinator
Amy Lea Valadez has been in the medical field for more than 20 years. Amy started her career in the collections department and transitioned to work in the physician's office as Billing Manager. She has worked with a variety of specialties, including intraoperative neuromonitoring, surgical first assistant, insulin pump and continuous glucose monitoring, anesthesia, certified registered nurse anesthetist (CRNA), and pain management billing. Amy has been working with Dr. Sharma for almost five years.
Jenny Reyna has been in the medical field for more than 25 years. Jenny started her career in billing and transitioned to the doctors' offices as Clinical Manager. She has worked with a variety of specialties, including plastic surgery, pediatric urology, pediatric general surgery and pain management. Jenny has been in pain management for more than 10 years and working with Dr. Sharma for the last five years.
Lindi Gutierrez, PA-C, is a Texas native born and raised in San Antonio. For the last six years, Lindi has called Boerne home. She earned her Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology from the University of Texas at San Antonio. She then earned her master's degree in Physician Assistant Studies from Texas Tech University Health Sciences Center in 2003, where she was a member of the Alpha Eta Honor Society. She became certified through the National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants in 2004.
Lindi comes to Freedom Spine and Pain Center with more than 18 years of experience as a physician assistant spanning a broad spectrum of fields. Over the past six years, she has pursued her passion for regenerative medicine, specializing in stem cell, platelet-rich plasma (PRP), hyaluronic acid, medical ozone and ultraviolet blood irradiation (UBI) therapies. She is also a certified phlebotomist through the Central Texas Phlebotomy Institute, specializing in intravenous (IV) hydration and nutritional therapies.
Lindi takes great pride in delivering high-level care to her patients and learning about new advancements in her areas of specialization. In her spare time, Lindi enjoys spending time with her daughter, gathering with family and friends, playing golf, traveling, and listening to live music across the Texas Hill Country.

Vrunda H. Pandya, MD, is a graduate of the Indiana University School of Medicine. She completed her training in Anesthesiology at New York University and a Fellowship in Regional Anesthesia at the prestigious New York Presbyterian/Weill Cornell Hospital for Special Surgery in New York.
Dr. Pandya has been practicing since 2009, the last 5 years in San Antonio after moving to Texas in 2015. Dr. Pandya's interests also include anesthesia for office-based procedures, neurosurgery, and orthopedic surgery where she also specializes in the use of regional anesthesia for post-operative pain control. Making patients comfortable before and after their procedures or surgery is her passion. Dr. Pandya is also an Adjunct Clinical Associate Professor of Medicine at the University of the Incarnate Word School of Medicine.
Dr. Pandya is Board Certified in Anesthesiology by the American Board of Medical Specialites (ABMS). She is the proud mom of two children and enjoys baking, yoga and reality TV shows when she is not working.
