BERLIN INTERNATIONAL SCHOOL

Founded in 1998, the Berlin International School (B.I.S.) is a private, not-for-profit, co-educational school of the Private Kant-Schulen Foundation that offers an international education. The languages of instruction are English and German. The school offers the the IB Primary Years Programme (IBPYP) in Grades 1-5, leading to an international middle years curriculum that culminates with Cambridge IGCSE exams in Grades 9 & 10 (as well as the Berlin state examinations Berufsbildungsreife and mittlerer Schulabschluss). The IB Diploma Programme (IBDP) is facilitated in Grades 11 & 12. A bilingual version of the German Abitur can be selected at Campus Steglitz, B.I.S.'s sister school...
