My name is Mark Tschudin lic.oec.HSG and I am the owner of Tschudin Corporate Finance. I worked as an executive in various international Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A), Corporate Finance and Corporate Development roles before starting my independent management consulting and interim management business. Throughout my 25 year career in the IT/ ICT, digital media and telecommunication industry, I completed almost two dozen large public and small private company acquisitions and divestitures across four continents. During all of these transactions, I oversaw most of the strategy development, origination, governance, negotiation, transaction, completion and post-merger-integration phases.
