Envy Charters owner Nancy E. Van Winter is a broker for vacation yachts located worldwide. She has been in the industry for over 13 years. She is passionate about the industry and her enthusiasm is contagious in the companies offices in Frederick, Maryland. A lifelong Marylander - she has always been near the water. Her college years were spent at St. Mary's College of Maryland where competitive sailing is enjoyed along the shores of the St. Mary's River and the Chesapeake Bay. Her love of travel and the water led her to work in this industry. Quickly finding a niche with scuba divers, Nancy has become a well-known charter expert among her scuba industry peers.
