In order to implement its plans in India it has to register two non-profit societies -SHARE INDIA and SHARE MEICAL CARE- in India. SHARE INDIA is registered as a Research foundation, whereas SHARE MEDICAL CARE as a society for promoting mostly education and service. SHARE MEDICAL CARE established MediCiti Hosiptal and Mediciti Institute of Medical Sciences (MIMS) in Ghanpur village, Medchal Mandal, Telangana state, 30 KM from the center of Hyderabad. SHARE (usa) has been consistently supporting over the years activities of SHARE MEDICAL CARE and SHARE INDIA.
