Sherman L. Watson, Owner and President of Talon Acrylics, Inc., is the innovator, originator, developer, inventor and sole owner of all US and Foreign Patents and Trademarks associated with the compositions for Talon* and Revere® thermoplastic polymers.
Sherman L. Watson / Talon Acrylics, Inc. owns 100% of US Patents #5,328,362 and #5,646,216 covering both the composition and appliance invention, as well as 100% ownership of all Foreign patents covering the composition and/or appliance invention. Sherman L. Watson / Talon Acrylics, Inc. owns 100% of the Trademarks ownership for the trademark Talon® and for the trademark Revere®. No other person(s) corporation(s) or other entities have ownership to the patents and or trademarks. Licensing of other person(s) or corporation(s) for the purpose of manufacturing and sales is permitted only by written consent of Sherman L. Watson.
