I was selling my Mother's house this June and after an inspection, I found out that her attic had mold. I reached out to Ron on a Friday evening and left a message. I did not expect to hear from him until that Monday. Surprisingly, Ron called me back an hour later and he proceeded to tell me exactly what he could do based on the inspection report. Ron went to the house within 3 days, inspected, and then treated the attic.

My name is Ron Sager and I am the owner of Sager Healthy Homes in Farmington Valley. I have been involved with the company since its creation in 2013. I have spent the last 30 years working in the building supply industry for Rogers Sash and Door Company of Newington, Connecticut. Ron Sager from Healthy Homes was really great to work with. Hearing your house has mold can cause a lot of anxiety, and Ron was very calming! He came over to assess the problem, provided an immediate estimate and began remediation the next day. Ron used only natural products and the mold is gone.

High mold levels were found in the basement as well as an area of rot on the outside of the home where we needed consultation. He became part of a team along with an inspector and a builder who worked together to figure out why the rot was occurring and the best solution to treat the area and prevent the issue from occurring in the future. He took my sensitives into consideration and gave me confidence that the areas of concern were thoroughly treated. All of this was done under a time crunch so we could meet our inspection period. Ron understood the urgency and would make himself available day of when we needed his consultation. We also used him to treat the home we were selling. He mitigated the issue in a thorough and quick manner. As someone who is sensitive to mold I feel confident in Ron's work and appreciate all the advice he gave and time he spent making sure I was moving into an environment that was safe and healthy for my family.
Ron Sager's company came to get rid of the mold in my Mom's house. The mold was not visible to me but was definitely there as the smell permeated the whole house. The carpet was awful, even after regular carpet cleaning. Ron came in and hepa cleaned the carpet and all of the soft surfaces. He wiped down the walls, fogged the house and so much more. Ron did more than we contracted for which was extraordinary. He was a professional and trustworthy as we left the home while he worked. When my Mom and I returned to her house it was amazing. Ron Sager from Sager Healthy Homes is an outstanding professional in the area of mold abatement. He communicated very honestly and presented a detailed and very competitive estimate. After an inspection detected the possibility of mold, Ron immediately scheduled an onsite visit. He thoughtfully explained the process that he does with regards to remediation and made recommendations on how I can prevent these conditions in the future. His team was courteous and professional and they took precautions to keep the home clean while they worked. Ron went above and beyond installing a dehumidifier for me at no extra charge, calling me when he was finished and following up the day after to ensure that everything was ok.
