KAREN DEARING

I have been working with children, teens, and young adults since 1998 in a variety of settings, helping individuals and their families understand their academic and personal challenges. Since 2010, I have focused my practice exclusively on the neuropsychological and psychoeducational assessment of students ranging from early elementary school through college and graduate school. I specialize in helping students understand their personal strengths and weaknesses in thinking, reasoning, processing, and learning skills and help each student find the resources and supports that will help each individual grow into his or her most successful self... In addition to my professional work, I have two children and a wonderful husband. I am an avid yogi and enjoy the outdoors, skiing, and horseback riding. As a fellow parent, I fully appreciate the challenges and joys of parenting and the desire to see ones children succeed to their fullest potential, and it is my pleasure to be able to assist..
