Rick Heiler

Rick's focus is working with organizations to make changes related to leadership development, leadership selection, succession management, and execution and performance. With over 30 years of leadership experience, Rick has been a Plant Manager in three major companies where his accomplishments have ranged from increased production and productivity to improved customer service and regulatory compliance with state and federal agencies. Rick sees the value of leadership development for the critical issues leadership and organizations face today. As a Training & Development Manager, Rick has developed, implemented and delivered training programs in leadership development, safety, and operations management. He has also developed Standard Operating Procedures. With X-Stress Enterprises, Rick offers his operations management background and experience to complement the Leadership Development part of the business.
