UMTC RESEARCH

The University of Massachusetts Transportation Center (UMTC) is located at the University of Massachusetts Amherst. The UMTC conducts research on many aspects of Transportation including Travel Behavior, Transportation Modeling, Sustainability, Freight, Transit, Intelligent Transportation Systems, Optimization, Transportation Finance and Policy, Emission Estimation and Modeling, Commercial Motor Vehicle research, Safety, Human Factors, GIS, Climate Change and Economic Development.
