What makes organizations succeed? Do they need management or leadership? Do they need execution of tasks given in a system of a top down strategy breakdown? Or do they need people using their knowledge, intelligence and passion to create new possibilities for their management? Do they need the optimization within what is known as best practices or good industry standard - or do they need the capability to learn and adapt as a system, in order to invent today what will change the world tomorrow? I am a practitioner in organizational development and leadership training. My purpose is to make people see that what we know as widespread management practices is not a given natural law and that it is not the best option available.
