In this leadership role, Joel is responsible for business strategy planning and marketing. A former law enforcement officer with more than 10 years of experience, Joel has an extensive background in Use of Force and the associated liability training. While employed by the San Bernardino Police Department, he was responsible for managing and evaluating the performance of Police Officers. He created policy and procedure manuals and is a trainer in report writing and critical incident documentation. In addition, he has expertise in private security, managing teams in excess of 400 officers. Previously, he received government security clearance and served as a Lead Investigator for an aerospace company. He served as Corporate Security Officer and Contract Manager on a Department of Homeland Security federal contract.
Leilani Avecilla leads the financial operations as she oversees budget analysis and forecasting. She has increased cost efficiency by introducing new accounting procedures. Leilani works closely with business development to identify account opportunities and has extensive experience in business taxes and planning.
Lorena is originally from Southern California where she attended the Fashion Institute of Design and Merchandise Los Angeles Campus majoring in Merchandise Marketing. Lorena relocated to Las Vegas, Nevada with her family 11 years ago. She has an extensive background in both management and sales. Lorena joined the team in June of 2017 as a receptionist and has since worked her way up to COO. She is a testament to the company's belief in promoting from within and taking care of their own.
Tiffany is from Superior, WI and moved to Las Vegas approximately 15 years ago to further her career in business management. Tiffany spent many years in the multi-family apartment industry. In 2023, Tiffany advanced her career to Business Executive with Reliance Security.
