Alejandro Di Marco

Alejandro Di Marco has been in the Parking business for more than 16 years; he started his parking career back in 1999 in New York City as a valet and quickly rose to assistant manager and eventually became service manager for the garage on 6 th Ave and 36 th Street. During his tenure, he managed over 400 cars per day in a lift garage with car elevators while managing the Pennsylvania Hotel Valet. Blocks away. In 2007, Alejandro Di Marco moved to Miami Beach and began working with Alfred Lariviere and EP. He started as the ramp manager at La Piazza, The Apogee and Portofino Towers and quickly rose again to manager and eventually Director of Operations. All Elite Parking South Florida Managers report to Alex. Alex completed his Bachelors of Science in Communications and Human Resources at UNC University. And completed his Masters in Communications in Madrid Spain at UAM University. Alejandro Di Marco resides in Miami Beach with his wife and son. Alejandro Di Marco is a former professional soccer player from Argentina.

Alfred Lariviere

Alfred Lariviere is presently a managing member of Elite Parking, LLC, a premier parking solution provider. Alfred Lariviere has more that 25 years of experience in the South Florida valet industry. Beginning at 19 years old, one of his first jobs out of high school was as a valet runner for the very company he owns today. Working on and off for more than ten years throughout his 20 and early 30s, he moved up the ranks of the company from valet to ramp man, then supervisor, manager and eventually area supervisor. After leaving the industry for a few years, Alfred returned to purchase the very company he had worked for a better part of a decade. Now, more that 15 years later, Alfred has grown his company to more than 30 accounts, varying from restaurant, hotels, country clubs, parking lots and garages. Born in New York City, Alfred grew up in Miami Beach and has been a resident since the early 1970's. Please allow his unique expertise to better serve your clients.

Ruben Perez-Sanchez

Ruben Perez-Sanchez is presently a managing member of Elite Parking, LLC, a premier parking solution provider. With over 28 years, of technology and entrepreneurial experience, Perez-Sanchez is ready to turn Elite Parking into a NexGen Parking Provider. Previously as CMO at OpticalTel, Perez-Sanchez converted HControl from a Cable Operator to a Triple Play Tele-Cable Company "OpticalTel" through the marriage of his CLEC Telecom Company. Perez-Sanchez is still active as an advisor to company. Previously, as co-founder and CEO of DSLi, a VoIP & Broadband company, Perez-Sanchez led DSLi as one of the 1st national DSL providers and BROADSOFT's (NASDAQ: BSFT) first customer. DSLi became a leader in the business VoIP space that transformed an industry; he helped raise over $20 million in capital and experienced a seven-fold growth in revenues. Prior to starting DSLi, Perez-Sanchez co-founded AccessPro Communications (the 1st 56K Dial-up ISPs in the country). It was here that he grew an undercapitalized company to the size of its three largest local competitors during the Internet boom, by creating a paradigm shift with a VAR Channel consisting of computer integrators. Previously, while attending the University of Miami, Perez-Sanchez started CompuLab Inc., a computer networking and repair company that became one of South Florida's 1st Novell Resellers and a leading network integration and web development firm. CompuLab was an innovator in the LAN industry and connected many of the early PCs and Printers in South Florida. Its early LAN adopter's included the Dade-County School Board, the Archdiocese of Miami and Schools and many of the professional organizations (law firms, CPA firms, architect firms, engineering firms) and municipalities in the tri-county area. Born in Denville, N.J., Perez-Sanchez grew up in Miami Beach, Fl. and resides in Pinecrest, Fl., with his wife and younger daughter; his eldest son recently graduated from Loyola University, New Orleans and middle son attends University of Alabama. Perez-Sanchez completed the ING Marathon in Miami and enjoys playing basketball, tennis and competing in triathlons. Perez-Sanchez is also a motorcycle and wine enthusiast.
