The Golf Capital Chorus is men's barbershop chorus in Pinehurst, NC. The barbershop harmony is a unique style of music due to the close harmonies, 4-part arrangements, and the a capella nature. Barbershop was popularized in American culture in the 1910s and 1920s before the invention of the home radio, and small bands of impromptu singing groups gave birth to these unique harmonies... The Golf Capital Chorus is a registered chapter with the Barbershop Harmony Society (BHS), and we are a proud member of the Carolinas District of the BHS... The Golf Capital Chorus is a men's barbershop singing group in Pinehurst, NC. We are a non-profit group who sings for fun and fellowship in addition to raising money for local charities. We are a proud chapter of the Barbershop Harmony Society.
