Alison is a program management and operations professional, with experience in social media marketing and website development. Her previous experience includes managing a tech incubator for startups in Accra, Ghana, leading full cycle operations, contributing to financing and strategy, desigining learning curriculums, facilitated start-up business seminars and managed monitoring/evaluation of programme impacts. She has a critical eye and a demonstrated commitment to the intersection of technology, innovation and social impact.

John Klaas was a career financial planner with MD Financial Management and served as its financial planning practice leader for almost 2 decades. Upon retirement in 2010, He joined Dr. Roadburg's team putting Alan's retirement advice into practice. John focusses on the interface between life-goal planning and financial planning and researches retirement issues (building and curating a comprehensive data base of over 2000 articles of interest). He serves also as the liaison with the financial services industry. He currently holds an appointment as Adjunct Professor in the Faculty of Management, Dalhousie University in Halifax.
