Start as Mold Designer at Reko Tool. Work as a Junior Designer to Design Mangaer over seeing 14 designers. Was responsible for review of all tool design and feasiblities... Started at Active Burgess as Program Manager specializing in air intakes manifold, then made the switch to Automotive Lighting tools. Switching to lighting Worked with the team to improve reflex performance, CNC cut optics and tool performance. Followed multiple programs and customers at one time. Provided on site support for processing and tool related issues.
