Alister has been a front-line clinical physiotherapist for over three decades, including 16 years as a clinical educator. He takes a person-centred, and research-informed approach to all his patients. Alister has extensive experience in solving complex clinical problems with a combination of manual therapy, acupuncture, exercise therapy, workplace assessments and cognitive behavioural approaches. He has a special interest in musician's injuries, pain, and ergonomics.
Brigette has a Masters in Health practice from Auckland University of Technology and a Bachelor of Physiotherapy from Otago University. She has spent time overseas as a physio in the UK as well as a lengthy career in North Canterbury.
Brigette enjoys working with athletes and "weekend warriors" alike. Brigette believes in educating her patients to enable them to take ownership of their rehab providing them with the tools and knowledge to get back better than before.
A US trained physio with a doctorate in Physiotherapy. With a varied background in different settings, Brittany is passionate about helping all of her patients, no matter in what stage of recovery they are in.
