DESIGN BUILD HAMPTONS - Key Persons

Bill Milia moved to East Hampton in 1986. He worked with a Japanese master carpenter for 6 years, and became a member of the East Hampton Chamber of Commerce. In 1996, Bill became incorporated under W.T. Milia, Inc. and teamed up with Ickovic & Bliss to provide both a contractor and designers to their clients. In 2019, they reorganized to become Design Build Hamptons and include Bill's son, Chris.

Chris Milia graduated with his Master's in Architecture in 2019, and joined the Design Build Hamptons team. Chris has experience in lighting and electrical work, landscaping and landscape design. He has 3 years of carpentry experience, as well as 2 years at a local architecture firm.
