Prior to joining the firm, Antonella served as Assistant General Counsel at Universal Technical Resource Services, Inc. (UTRS), an engineering services firm focused on government contracting. Here, she became an expert in balancing legal and corporate needs to produce focused solutions that drive business growth. Prior to her position at UTRS, Antonella was an associate with GluckWalrath, LLP in Trenton, NJ where she served as outside general counsel for various municipalities and governmental entities in New Jersey. She also performed all phases of litigation in defense of her municipal clients. Antonella also holds a Pennsylvania Real Estate Broker's license. Her legal expertise coupled with her experience as a real estate investor provide unique insight and knowledge to her clients' transactions. Courtney B. Spaeth is a recognized expert in business development and corporate growth. She has widespread experience in both the public and private sectors and is a sought after speaker on a broad range of business and leadership issues. Spaeth founded growth[period] in 2007, and as CEO she has successfully guided the company through the acquisition of Potomac Recruiting, the raising of growth capital from Morgan Stanley, as well as the development of growth[period]'s mergers and acquisition support vertical, and a rebranding initiative. As a result of her leadership, growth[period] has a proven track record of helping companies in both the commercial and federal sectors achieve smart growth through business development and also through acquisitions. growth[period]'s broad range of clients include: Lockheed Martin, Verizon, Magnetar Capital, Stanley Black and Decker, Clairvest, Nemacolin Woodlands Resort, Leadiant Biosciences, General Dynamics, SAB Capital, LLR Capital, and many other Fortune 500, middle market, and private equity firms in the U.S. and internationally. Prior to founding growth[period], Spaeth served as Corporate Vice President of Homeland Security for Raytheon Company. While at Raytheon she was responsible for developing the company's homeland security business in North America, the Middle East, Eastern and Western Europe, and Asia, and in less than two years her efforts resulted in new revenue of over $1 billion USD. She also was one of the leaders of all related mergers and acquisitions screening for the Company in that area. Before Raytheon, Spaeth served as Director of Homeland Systems Solutions for Lockheed Martin, where she won over $3 billion USD in new business. She served on the acquisitions targeting and diligence group for Lockheed Martin Systems Management in which capacity she oversaw multiple multi-million dollar acquisitions successfully close and integrate. In 2000, President Clinton appointed Spaeth to the Office of the Assistant Secretary of Defense for Special Operations / Low Intensity Conflict, where she was the Assistant in Charge of Global Terrorism Issues. Previously, Spaeth served as the Director of Force Health Protection for the Gulf War Illness Task Force in the Department of Defense, where she was a subject matter expert on combat stress management. Additionally, Spaeth has also worked at the Department of Justice in the Criminal Antitrust Division, and in the Office of Chief Counsel to the President in the White House. Spaeth has extensive experience as a corporate board member and serves on the Board of Directors for a number of private companies, non-profits, and professional associations, including: Momentum Aerospace Group (MAG), (the company change control successfully as of June 2018 so Mrs. Spaeth resigned from the board), Boodle ai, Marymount University, The Stimson Center, the Greater Washington Board of Trade, and Hope for the Warriors. She has recently been appointed to the Trustees Council for Women at the University of Pennsylvania. Spaeth is also on the Dean's Advisory Council for George Mason University School of Business and is a venture partner in the NextGen Venture Capital Partners fund. Evan Scott - President

Evan Scott, President was one of the founding partners of ESGI. Established in 2000, Mr. Scott brought many years of retained search experience to the company. Prior to helping establish ESGI, Mr. Scott was the Senior Partner and second employee with a retainer-based executive search firm where he spent 21 years. When Mr. Scott sold his shares in that firm, the company was listed as the 23rd largest search firm in the country with four offices and 125 employees. John Moerman

John Moerman serves as a Partner with SolomonEdwards, where he leads the Mid-Atlantic Regional Practice. He brings over 25 years of experience in accounting, finance, operations and business process improvement. While with SolomonEdwards, John has led numerous engagements which have ranged from IPOs and accounting function relocation, to re-engineering, optimization, and strategic evaluation of a worldwide accounting function which included industry benchmarking and best practices recommendations. He has served over 50 clients during his tenure with SolomonEdwards. Additionally, John is heavily involved in the firm's Banking & Financial Services Industry Practice. John has performed complex accounting and operational business process improvement for large commercial and mortgage banks and has also led onsite teams for several bank closures during 2009 and 2010.
