OREM BREWING

I got started doing home-brewing in the early 2000's, with 5 gallon batches. After brewing at home for a couple years I landed job with the brewpub Hops. I did my brewmaster training at the Sanford and Daytona stores, when that was complete I got my own store in St. Petersburg. Then later moved to Jacksonville where I brewed at the Orange Park and Mandarin Stores until Hops closed the doors in 2005. I then build a 14 gallon keggle system, this was an awesome rig that I built from scratch. I got out of brewing for a few years until I started doing some 1 gallon batches. These batches have started to go quickly so I'm ramping up to a 5 gallon electric system.
