After a decade of perfecting scales, triades and arpeggios, young pianist Maxwell found himself captivated by the pure genius and magic of the P té de Guimauve, the "French" Marshmallow. The excitement of watching a symphony of sugar and vanilla manifest into white peaks of curious sticky excellence and then quite dramatically transforming into a Marshmallow concerto crescendo right before his very eyes seemed inexplicably legendary! Combine this with listening to Brahms Hungarian Dance No.5 or Korsakov's Capricho Español and you too will be hooked! Maxwell's wish is that each confection inspires you to indulge, savor, listen and become a passionate aficionado of great classical music! Maxwell's old fashioned sweets are made by hand and include a personally written classical curiosity to awaken and educate old and young musicians alike.
