Carol Provenzano is a Senior Paralegal in the area of Auto Accident, Complex Bodily Injury and Personal Injury and brings more than 20 years of Paralegal experience. She graduated from CCBC-Essex, Community College of Baltimore County with her Paralegal Certificate in 2001. Over her 18 years with Nathanson & Pommett, P.C., and over 13 years working with Larry B. Litt, Carol has primarily focused on complex auto accident and bodily injury claims. Among other client-focused tasks, Carol is responsible for interviewing clients, preparing letters of representation, reporting to insurance companies and BCRC, requesting medical records, tracking property damage and lost wage information, negotiating settlement offers and bill reductions, and makes sure that every client is fully taken care of. Assistance from a senior paralegal like Carol is crucial to moving cases forward and keeping costs low.

Born and raised in Baltimore, Larry B. Litt attended the University of Maryland (College Park) and graduated from Baltimore Law School in 1979. After passing the bar in 1980, he worked for three years as an Assistant State's Attorney in Baltimore City. During this time, he successfully argued hundreds of criminal cases on the Juvenile, Misdemeanor, and Felony Trial Teams, ranging from narcotics and property crimes to assault and murder. Larry went into private practice in 1983, putting his extensive trial expertise to work for personal injury cases, car accident cases, and felony and misdemeanor criminal cases. Throughout his career, he has handled over 10,000 criminal cases and 7500 personal injury cases.
