Angie is a Senior at UMass Lowell majoring in Accounting. Angie has been with us for 2 years working during tax season. She knows the ins and outs of tax prep and processing well. Angie is an amazingly hard worker and helps clients at many phases of tax prep, from calls instructing the clients which forms to send in to, checking processing and putitng together the final product for the clients. We hope she will return after graduation next year. P.S. Angie was also a proud puppy mom this January, her dog Bella gave birth to 8 Puppies. One of those puppies can be seen at the office. Sunshine (Sunny) has become an office emotional support dog for those suffering from the worries of tax.

David Takesian

He can handle your bookkeeping, payroll, and reporting needs. Based on client provided receipts and other documents, David creates the financial reports needed by business owners to run their businesses and pay their taxes. This may include payroll services, related tax and benefit withholdings and any needed reporting. David provides these services to a range of businesses, from self-employed individuals to medium sized companies.

Gordon is the Treasurer of the North Shore Technology Council, Inc., an organization dedicated to the promotion of the technology industry on the North Shore. Gordon is also Treasurer of North Shore InnoVentures, Inc., a not for profit company dedicated to helping Bio-Medical and Green Tech and Clean Tech Energy companies get started on the North Shore. Kierstyn Fahey

Kierstyn joined us this past season to run the Hampton Falls and Exeter meeting office for appointments. She is a graduate of Rutgers University Kierstyn runs our Hampton Falls/Exeter office and is a strong support in all three of our locations throughout the year. She is a graduate of Rutgers University with majors in Political Science and English. Kierstyn worked as an analyst for a mobility-as-a-service start up in New York City before joining our team in 2023. She has experience in financial modeling, business development and risk management, as well as C-Corp tax filings and bookkeeping. She is the treasurer for a 501 (c ) 3 booster club at Exeter High School and is responsible for compliance, financial reporting, fundraising and accounting for the non-profit. She is part of our tax review team and is a versatile support on office procedures and in solving tax return issues.

Michele Goodwin

Michele comes to us after moving back to the area, she comes with 25+ years of experience with another CPA firm. She can help you with anything from scheduling an appointment to walking you through your tax returns and helping you to understand them. Haverhill born and raised, Michele is happy to return and reconnected with family & friends in the area. A graduate of Boston University and Harvard Extension School for business, Michele joined us in July of 2022 and brings with her an extensive background in tax. She plays a crucial role keeping the office running, managing seasonal staff and assisting Gordon Ulen in tax related matters, so he can focus on client needs. She organizes our Portal & DocuSign to make your tax prep easier, as making sure all returns are double checked and ready for E-filing. Have any questions, just give her a call.
