Jack Eskenazi founded American Healthcare Capital in 1990 and HealthCare Receivable Lenders in 2014, capping a prosperous real estate career that spanned over twenty five years. He is a graduate of Riverside Military Academy, Ohio State University, and UCLA's School of Business. He was a pro-bono Adjunct Professor at Cal State Northridge University, teaching from his book Valuations of Real Estate and Business Opportunities. Subsequently, the University bestowed an honorary degree for his civic contribution as a Civil Rights Commissioner for the State of California. Today, Jack is active in all aspects of AHC, with a vision to expand its services to other financial services and products.
James was highly successful in the Land Development industry as his first position after college graduation. James started his own Waste Disposal Business in 1993, he established and grew this start-up venture. In 2006 he sold his business for four times earnings. James founded Ensure Capital shortly thereafter. Initially offering Financial Advisor services over the years James saw a huge need for Business Brokerage. Since 2015 the company focus has been Business Brokerage. Today James is active in all aspects of Business Brokerage and Mergers and Acquisitions. James holds a BS Degree in Civil Engineering with a minor in Mathematics. James also has a Real Estate License and is a registered Rep - Series 65.
Shelby Cottey's background includes extensive experience in the administrative field and office management. She started her career at American HealthCare Capital on the administrative team and quickly proved to be a valuable asset to the company. Today, she serves as the General Manager for AHC and oversees all Ensure Capital Health Care buyers and sellers.
