GEORGE KROTO

For the past 25 years, George Kroto has been a devoted instructor of Hatha Yoga. He is certified by the Spiritual Life Society of Hudson, Ohio and is a member of the California Yoga Teacher's Association. He is a graduate of the University of Michigan... Fine-tuning a posture, drawing the attention back to the body - these things re-focus the mind and relieve stress. Each class concludes with 20 minutes of deep relaxation, your time to let the mind drift and your body feel the sensation of peace... His years of training and experience as a licensed massotherapist enrich and inform his yoga instruction. He tailors a healing sequence of postures to address any aches or strains that students bring to each class.
