I'm Patrick Mills, Founder of BioSource Baits. I moved from England to the United States in 1994 for Graduate School, where I completed a Ph.D. in Analytical Chemistry at the University of Illinois at Chicago. After stints working at the University of Cambridge as a post-doctoral research associate, as well as several temporary assignments at other Research Universities and Colleges, I ultimately became a tenured Prof. of Chemistry at Joliet Junior College (JJC), which is located 30 miles southwest of Chicago. I have been a faculty member at JJC since 2003, where I teach chemistry classes and conduct research into fish feeding stimulants through the College's Undergraduate Research Program.
