Like his title says, Brock is the information guy at PRSIR. An intellectual tech guru and an former adventurist, there isn't much that Brock doesn't know, isn't already learning, or doesn't want to learn. His experience with technology infrastructures, SaaS, PaaS, computer hardware and software, interactive businesses and marketing make him a busy guy.
Brock grew up in Montana, and lived in DNVR through 2 sitting Presidents. He has both a technical and analytic mind but also has the rare ability to understand (almost) everyone's perspective. We would all be running in different directions if it wasn't for him.
Monica Alvarez Sastre obtained her Bachelors in business administration from American University, with a major in accounting. In the pursuit of her passion for international business development, Monica went on to attain her Master's degree in brand management, specializing in the luxury arena, from the Istituto Marangoni, in Milan, Italy. With prior experience in the fashion industry, Monica found her natural niche in luxury real estate, working with industry clients in need of lifestyle specific, luxury properties. Having lived in Italy and London with extensive travels throughout Europe, Central America, Argentina, and Hong Kong, her knowledge of cultural subtleties and location importance, provide the international client relocating to Puerto Rico, a wealth of resources. Monica targets her real estate efforts towards to the luxury lifestyle rental client, establishing themselves in the Condado Beach District of San Juan. She brings global experience, extensive Condado Beach location knowledge, exuberance, dedication and the utmost in professionalism to the client ,culminating in a truly excellent, real estate experience.

Since the opening of the first Puerto Rico Sotheby's International Realty office in 2012, Oriana has sold over $240 million worth of luxury property on the island. She has been featured in articles in New York Times and Wall Street Journal, as well as on two episodes of HGTV's House Hunters International. Oriana focuses on top tier properties throughout the main island, as well as on Vieques and the island of Culebra. Her specialties include resort, golf and beachfront property, condominiums, and other residences in the island's full-service city buildings, as well as rare and unique lifestyle estates in Puerto Rico's stunning countryside.
Born in New York City, Oriana received her primary and secondary education from the prestigious, all-girls Marymount School in Manhattan. Later, she graduated from Pepperdine University with a dual Bachelor's degree in Classical Opera Performance Voice and Public Relations.
Being of Puerto Rican descent, Oriana enjoys the education and enrichment she brings, not only to her clients, but to the local market in general. Working in real estate and serving people are woven into the fiber of who she is. She has found her calling in introducing people to the culture and lifestyle of Puerto Rico, and changing the global narrative by allowing them to experience the true joy of living on the island. Sharing her love for the beautiful landscapes, varied architecture, and diverse lifestyles Puerto Rico has to offer is paramount to her goals in assisting each client she works with. Being of Puerto Rican descent, Oriana enjoys the education and enrichment she brings, not only to her clients, but to the local market in general.
Margaret is a resident of CoBe (Condado Beach), where she shares her life with Didier Lorence, who often inspires her with his work as an international Interior and Art Consultant. She also enjoys having her daughter, Oriana, living in the vicinity. When she is not attending office meetings or clients' needs, Margaret relishes in the quiet and company of her family.
Yolanda Korff was born in New York and raised in San Juan Puerto Rico. She began her studies in Marketing and Communications at The Universidad de Sagrado Corazon In San Juan. She enrolled at Academy of Dramatic Arts Ofelia D'Acosta where she furthered her theatrical studies. After collaborating with several local productions, Korff founded Pygmalion and Galatea Theatre company under which she produced two award winning plays: Picasso at the Lapin Agile by Steve Martin and Oleana by David Mamet and Bash by Neil Labute. In 2006 Yolanda embarked on a new career path, joining Starwood, where she found a new way to apply her production and people skills abilities through the global sales department. She returns to San Juan and branches out managing Luxury properties exclusively for Puerto Rico Sotheby's International Realty, which she joined in 2016.
