Donella Meadows

Donella Meadows was an American environmental scientist, author, and teacher. She was born in Elgin, Illinois, in 1941 and died in 2001. Meadows was a professor of environmental studies at Dartmouth College and was well known for her work on systems thinking and sustainability. She co-authored The Limits to Growth, which explored the consequences of exponential growth in population and resource consumption. Meadows also co-founded the Sustainability Institute, a research and education organisation that promotes sustainable development. Her other notable works include "Thinking in Systems: A Primer" and "Beyond the Limits: Confronting Global Collapse, Envisioning a Sustainable Future."

Jeanette Clement

Lou Downe

Lou Downe is the author of Good Services and former Design Director for UK.GOV. They invented the service design discipline in government. Lou's passion for creating better services has made a lasting impact and they continue to inspire others to do the same through the School of Good Services

Sarah Drummond

Sarah Drummond was the co-founder and CEO of Snook, a service design agency. Snook was acquired by NEC and Sarah served as their Chief Digital Officer. Sarah now leads the School of Good Services. Her recent work includes a model named Full Stack Service Design that helps people understand how all parts of a service impact the user experience.
