Our mission is to provide the leadership training and experience young people need to assume corporate and community leadership roles in the future... Our work is guided by three principles: Compassion, Collaboration, and Integrity. We operate with compassion as we love our neighbor as ourselves, we collaborate with like-minded organizations, and we work, lead, and serve with integrity... We are a nonprofit organization committed to developing the leadership potential in children and youth from Houston and surrounding communities, by providing enrichment programs and leadership experiences that will prepare them to solve future challenges.
