The De Lorenzo Group is a family company of real-estate investors with a history of holdings in the areas of multifamily housing, commercial property, and single family homes in New York and Arizona. We have over two hundred years of combined experience in the real-estate industry of New York City before divesting and pursuing investments in the municipal and corporate bond markets... A shift back into bricks and mortar was initiated after completing significant improvements on one of our family's homes in 2011. Our company was formally incorporated in Arizona in 2012 as The De Lorenzo Group, LLC, and we went on to move passive-investments back into the housing market. DLG quickly grew into the areas of commercial spaces for lease, manufacturing-equipment rentals, as well as micro-loans and private lending. DLG is engaged in alternative real-estate based investments, however, we still actively trade in the municipal and corporate bond markets.
