To continue the success of the family business, Fatima and Haider's son, Aleem Dhanani, took a leading role in the business in 2008. Since joining, Aleem has continued to grow the Bri-mor legacy by following in his father's footsteps side-by-side with his mother. Together, Fatima and Aleem have continued to grow the family business by delivering value to each partner by combining their vast individual knowledge and experience in a collaborative partnership.

Although the initial inception of the organization and values known as Bri-mor are based solely on Haider, it was his wife, Fatima, who drove the company to never before seen success. After Haider's passing, Fatima's used her passion and personal resolve to continue his vision and celebrate her late husband. When an exciting opportunity arose in 1997, Fatima chose to grow Bri-mor beyond merely asset management, and take a step towards real estate development through the building of her first industrial warehouse project. In the over 25 years since she began running Bri-mor, Fatima has been at the forefront of successful project developments, all while managing over 300,00 square feet and 600 residential units. Although her achievements are immense, Fatima continues to remain grounded and guided by her faith, family, friends, and the unparalleled team that has been with her each and every step of the way.

Bri-mor development began in 1988 when it was merely a thought in the head of Haider Dhanani. Since beginning as a real estate management company, over the past 25 years, the company has grown into a multi-faceted organization consisting of a portfolio that now includes real estate development, investment, and management services, with assets in both the commercial and residential sectors. The family-run organization that Haider Dhanani founded was based on a straightforward, value-based approach; to manage real estate assets with a focus on trustful, strong relationships, value creation, delivering above and beyond promised results, and a moral work ethic. Haider strongly believes that these are the founding principles a business must be built on to ensure success.
