Marcus is sought after as a strategic advisor with over 30 years of commercial experience and business acumen. A pioneer in using the internet to streamline business processes, and developer of one of the first major B2B ecommerce platforms in Australia. Marcus is also a qualified trainer and assessor in the areas of Business and Management, again developing robust online educational tools and communities of interest. He has a particular skill in simplifying complex issues so that a way forward can be achieved.
Marg has extensive experience in organic standards development and implementation and in addition to Organic Systems & Solutions, currently serves as the Secretariat of the Organic Industry Standards and Certification Council (OISCC), the body responsible for maintaining the Organic Standard in Australia. Marg is a Member of Standards Australia Committee FT-032, Organic & Biodynamic Products and a Member of the Standards Australia CS-108 for ISO TC217, Cosmetic Definitions - Organic & Natural. Marg is a former General Manager of an Australian Organic Certification body, and has assisted Governments within Australia and overseas in implementing regulations.
Sue has over 20 years experience in small business, training and curriculum design. She has co-owned and managed several family enterprises operating both domestically and offshore. Her area of research interest is food tourism in particular entrepreneurial activities in food tourism within the organic sector. She is a qualified accountant, part time university lecturer with extensive experience teaching and consulting in south east Asia. She is also completing a doctorate.
