Our mission is to empower organizations, schools, families, couples and individuals to achieve the vision of what they can fully be... At the core of what we do are deeply held beliefs that everyone's needs matter, and that everyone can change. We create a safe space where individuals and the group are held with care, so that there can be movement through roadblocks and conflict, to growth and transformation. Our work empowers our clients to connect with what is important to them, and to understand what others need... This is going to be a celebratory day- working together, meeting whatever needs arise. Sharing food, connection, creativity and fun. We appreciate we all have different thresholds of how much physical activity we can do, we want anyone who would enjoy being with us to come, there will high and no physical exertion ways to contribute and be invaluable to the group on the day.
