Professional Experience George is Certified Public Accountant in Greece. He is a graduate of the Economic University of Thessaloniki, Greece, department of Business Administration and also holds an MBA from the University of Bridgeport, Connecticut, USA. In his 22 years' professional experience, George has been in charge of assurance engagements for several listed and non-listed companies. He has also considerable experience in the implementation of International Financial Reporting Standards. During his employment with a big accounting and audit firm, George was in charge of the accounting department providing tax and accounting support to various local and international clients. He also has significant experience in auditing of public organizations (Municipalities, Hospitals).

Theodoulou Christos - Head of Audit & Assurance Services, Christos Theodoulou, F.C.C.A. is the co-founder Partner of Ioannou & Theodoulou Ltd (Certified Public Accountants and Registered Auditors firm) from the early nineties to the current date. His responsibilities include managing/directing the Audit section as well as offering professional advice to a variety of clients. He has more than 20 years of experience in the field of Audit and negotiation of loan syndicates. He advises many Cypriot and international business corporations on a range of issues, such as investments in Cyprus and abroad, mergers and acquisitions, and complex commercial transactions. He is a member of the Chartered Association of Certified Accountants and a member of the Institute of Certified Public Accountants of Cyprus. He has been a member of the Board of Directors of a number of public companies in Cyprus and in one of them he was elected as the Chairman of the Board.
