Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) is a solution-focused therapy in which the goal is to identify factors that contribute to the occurrence of problem behavior and develop behavior intervention strategies to based on the understanding of how these factors maintain problem behavior. The goal of ABA is to replace maladaptive behavior with more appropriate, functional behavior that contributes to the quality of life of those in served. My goal is to help you with the process of making meaningful changes to your behavior and/or the behavior of those that you care about.
