Our partner is a family-owned tea import business that has been involved in the trade since 1841. Over the last 175 years, our tea buyers have honed a reputation for some of the highest standards of tea quality in the world. Not only do we visit these gardens to ensure quality control, but also to maintain our long-term personal relationships with the Tea Garden Owners, who we much prefer to call our partners... People are at the heart of how we operate, build relationships with our tea farmers, and work to foster a sense of community we can all take part in... When it comes to quality our philosophy is simple: we extend beyond the world of fair trade and instead build relationships directly with our tea farmers, and practice what is known as direct trade.
