As Executive Vice President and COO of Balch Logistics, Mark Balch oversees the Operations, Finance, and Information Technologies for the Company. Mark co-founded the company in January of 2006, along with his wife, Sue Balch. With a degree in Business Analysis from Texas A&M University and twenty-plus years of leadership experience in various industries, Mark is focused on driving operational excellence and systems improvements, with a lean approach to cost and time. Implementing world-class logistics and supply chain management strategies is how Mark keeps the company positioned for growth. Combining a keen attention to detail with his analytical and technical abilities, Mark is constantly adapting the company to the ever-changing transportation landscape. With customer service at the core of Balch Logistics' philosophy, Mark designs everything through the eyes of the client, as well as the company's trusted carriers. Sue Balch - CEO, President

As President and CEO, Sue Balch is responsible for Balch Logistics' strategy for growth and profitability, as well as client relationships and the vision for the brand. Sue co-founded Balch Logistics in 2006 with her partner and husband, Mark Balch, and assumed the role of CEO in 2008. Sue is focused on creating an unrivaled experience for the many clients who rely on Balch Logistics to provide secure, fully managed solutions for all of their vehicle shipping needs. By providing expertly tailored, intelligent solutions, that consistently drive business value for its customers, Balch Logistics continues to strengthen its competitive position in the marketplace and its reputation as the "go to" provider for all vehicle transport requirements. Sue brings to Balch Logistics, over twenty years experience in executive level management, and brand development, as well as financial and investment advising with highly successful, global companies including Nordstrom and Morgan Stanley. Sue Balch also serves on the Board of Directors for Flags for Fallen Vets, as Executive Vice President.
