We also design and deliver cohort programs to work at depth with different groups of leaders. Our current slate of cohort leadership programs includes Self-Care for Black Women in Leadership (a cohort program for Black women in leadership that centers self-care as a necessary, radical, and political act), the HIVE Leadership Development Program (a leadership program for reproductive justice leaders in Louisiana), and the B.L.A.C.K. Equity Intensive (a team-based cohort program for Black leaders, that focuses on Pro-Blackness (the brilliance, gifts, ideas, and wisdom of Black leaders) so that they can come together to plant the seeds for organizational structures and cultures that support them)... We strive to keep our values of racial justice, solidarity, radical imagination, place + community, accountability, learning + rigor, collaboration, and humor + joy at the center of everything we do... We strive to bring BIPOC (Black, Indigenous, and People of Color) voices and experiences..
