This includes renewable energy, the private and public water sector, the circular economy with the industrial transformation of waste into ultra-high value commodities for the biotech industry. Achievements include also obtaining large financing in the public water sector with Board governance alongside Regional Governments. The crisis management included also the change of all Board Directors and the overhaul of the IT structure spanning purchasing, manufacturing, sales, and finance operations. He currently works with fast-growth businesses either as a NED or as a finance executive. Matteo speaks English, French, Italian, and Spanish.
