Charity Hennessy is the Office Manager at Truckee Overhead Door. As Truckee Overhead Door's longest standing employee, she can answer any garage door question that comes her way. Charity oversees all integral parts of our office operations and also manages the financial aspect of the business. She started back in 2004 as the office assistant, and quickly moved to Inside Sales where she excelled at accurately quoting and selling custom garage doors. In 2008, Charity transferred into the role of Office Manager. Armed with an AA in Business with Honors, she has proven to be an irreplaceable asset to our team. She resides in Reno, NV but grew up in Truckee, CA and has two beautiful children. Her passion outside of work is spending time with her family, friends, and trying to get outdoors to explore our beautiful surroundings.
