Alexis Landis

With over 12 years of experience in public media, Alexis has a wide range of experience. She began her career at WHYY in Philadelphia in 2005 as a Marketing Associate, assisting with all aspects of marketing, promotions and member events. She began hosting live on-air fundraising in 2008 and began crafting WHYY's TV schedules, working with independent producers and editing small video projects. Alexis also began producing WHYY-FM's You Bet Your Garden with Mike McGrath. She rose to TV Programming Manager in 2014 and managed all of WHYY-TV's schedules and traffic,as well as, presenting station arrangements. Alexis served on the Philadelphia Independent Film and Video Association's board helping emerging producers finish their films.

Amelia Mitchum

Amelia received her B.S. in Communications, Journalism, and Electronic Media from the University of Tennessee. She went on to work in television production as an associate producer, account representative, production manager, and traffic specialist before joining PBS Charlotte in 2017 as the Director of Media Operations. During her time at PBS Charlotte, she continued to gain extensive traffic experience and was actively involved in growing community engagement in the Charlotte area. She currently serves as a Community Advisory Committee member in her town in North Carolina.

Andrea Sosa

Andrea began working with KLRN Public Television in 2003. She originally joined KLRN as a Programming Assistant and in 2018 was promoted to Director of Program Content. Andrea was Vice President of the PTPA Board in 2016 and the President of the PTPA board in 2017. In 2019, she was named the PTPA Programmer of the Year and will remain on the board until 2022. She has also been involved in PBS Advisory Councils, was a Wyncote Fellow in 2018, and has earned certificates in General Nonprofit Management, Fundraising, and Leadership Development.

BaBette Davidson - CEO, President

BaBette joined the Program Service in 2000 after serving as Program Manager at Georgia Public Television (GPTV). Prior to that she was Director of Special Projects/Corporate Communications at WJCT in Jacksonville, Florida. In addition to all the programming functions while at GPTV, she was also executive producer of on-air fundraising, managed the Ready-To-Learn initiative, supervised all communication and viewer services and the promotion area. She currently serves on the PBS Content Services Committee, PBS Fundraising, Research and the Children's Advisory Committees. She is also a member of the PBS Kids Station Leadership Committee. BaBette has also served on the PBS Communications Advisory Committee and the CPB Prime Time Research Initiative Task Force. She is a past president of the Public Television Programmer's Association and recipient of the Programmer of the Year Award. BaBette is frequently seen as a national talent on pledge programs. She has enjoyed more than 30 years in the public broadcasting family.

Bryant Wilson

Bryant began his career in Public Broadcasting at PBS. He then joined the team at WETA where he worked for over twenty years. He started at WETA as a Traffic Coordinator and worked his way up to Senior Director of TV Programming; a position he began in 2016. Bryant is skilled in programming and promotional strategy. In 2021, he launched the WETA/GPB program offer initiative, collaborating with GPB, to have sourced content to create a variety of programming offers available to stations through the PBS system. He currently serves on the board of PTPA to collaborate on programming ideas that benefit many stations within the system.

Chanaci Maddox

Chanaci joined The Programming Service July 8, 2019. She was born and raised in Tampa, Florida and is the proud mother of three boys and two puppies. Chanaci has a background in financial operations, strong organizational skills and will be an asset to our team and to our clients.

Courtney Paul

Courtney Paul began working in Traffic in 2002 at WOUB while she was a student at Ohio University, Athens. She then spent 15 years in the Traffic and Programming Department of WOSU Public Media. Paul was a member of the TAC team for several years and presented at TechCon. Paul also serves on the board of her local humane society and loves giving back to her small town community.

Cyndy Robbins

Cyndy brings over 25 years of experience working in public media. She joined The Programming Service for Public Television in 2022 after serving as Content Director at Vegas PBS. Over her 15 years at the Las Vegas station, Cyndy directed several teams, including programming, traffic, master control, membership, communications, marketing, and advertising. She has served on many national committees including PBS Programming Advisory Council (Chair), PBS Pledge Programming Advisory Council and American Public Television's Premium Service Advisory Committee. Cyndy has also been the recipient of several Public Relations Society of America Awards including Pinnacle Awards and Awards of Excellence for campaigns at Vegas PBS and many other public television awards such as a Golden Grid award from TRAC Media Services and the PBS Development Inspiration Award in 2010 for the "Do Your Part" campaign.

Daniel Spina

Daniel has worked in both commercial and public television, where he developed a passion for public broadcasting. Following his time at a commercial station, Daniel built new skills as a Production Assistant at KPTS, Wichita before going full time as a Broadcast Operations Assistant. He has experience in many areas of television production including audio/video editing, newscast directing, master control operations, traffic, and programming. He also holds a B.A. in Communications.

Jennie DePhillips

Jennie started out in Master Control at WMFE/Orlando in 1994 and was then promoted to Traffic Coordinator in 1996. In 1999 Jennie was promoted again to Program Coordinator, responsible for programming and operations, and was the liaison with The Programming Service. Jennie was recruited by the Programming Service in 2000 as a Program Coordinator and then promoted to Program Manager. After pursuing a degree from culinary school in 2010 and working as a professional Baker/Pastry Cook, Jennie rejoined our team in 2015.

Jessica Turk

Jessica received her BFA in Drama from NYU's Tisch School of the Arts with a concentration in directing and producing and holds an MBA from Belmont University. She served the viewers of Nashville Public Television for nearly a decade, first as the Assistant Program Manager, then Program Manager, and became the Director of Programming in 2021. Jessica serves on the board of the PBS Programming Advisory Committee and previously on the Public Television Programming Association board. She is also a graduate of the Public Media Women in Leadership CEO/COO Bootcamp. Jessica holds two associate producing credits-one for the PBS Plus documentary, By One Vote: Woman Suffrage in the South and another for the APT documentary Facing the Laughter: Minnie Pearl.

Justin Harvey

Justin began his public television career at Nashville Public Television in 2002 as a Membership Producer, rising to the position of Director of Content. Over his 16-year tenure at Nashville Public Television, he held the titles of Assistant Program Manager and Program Manager. In 2013 he was named Director of Content and was responsible for overseeing all station content, budgets, station relations, and coordinating promotion including broadcast, print, and new media. His service to the system includes being a producer and director for eleven full-length documentaries and all station branding and promotional spots. Justin earned a Bachelor of Arts in Religious Studies from Furman University and a Masters degree in Theological Studies from Vanderbilt University Divinity School. He was involved in numerous boards and councils such as the Public Television Programmers Association Board where he served as President and the American Public Television Premium Service Advisory Council, along with many others. He currently serves on the PBS Content Services Committee and on the PBS Programming Advisory Council.

Kimberlee Namen

Kimberlee joined The Programming Service in September 2016. She has over 27 years of experience in traffic, operations and programming in both commercial and non-commercial television. She began her career as Traffic Manager for Time Warner Cable in Akron, OH. Most recently, Kimberlee spent 17 years at WVIZ/PBS ideastream in Cleveland OH, first as Traffic Manager, then as Program Director. She was an integral part of the team leading the station's transition to digital broadcasting. She is currently serving her third term on the PBS Traffic Advisory Committee and has previously served in the positions of Secretary, Vice Chair and Chair.

Loren Ellis

Loren joins our team as a seasoned veteran in public broadcasting with 14 years of experience in programming and traffic operations. Coming from Lakeshore PBS, where she started as a Master Control Operator and Production Assistant eventually making her way Operations Manager. She has many years of Traffic and Programming experience in the PDP world. Loren has served on the Traffic Advisory Committee and the Digital Workspace Advisory Committee for PBS.

Melodie Phoenix

Melodie comes with extensive public media experience as she was the Traffic Operations Assistant at Vegas PBS for over 15 years. She had a decorated tenure at Vegas PBS. Mel was honored with an Award of Excellence in 2021 and an Award of Merit in 2020 both issued by the Las Vegas Valley PRSA Pinnacle Awards. In 2019 and 2020, she was recognized with a bronze Telly Award.

Regina Berry

With over 26 years of experience in programming and traffic operations on the station level, Regina joined our team in January 2015. She came from WTVI in Charlotte, NC where she served as Director of Programming and Traffic Operations. She helped lead the station from the era of manual processes to computerized systems and was an integral part of the digital conversion at WTVI. She was recognized on the national level for this endeavor in 2002 being named the Traffic & Operations Professional of the Year. Regina has served three terms on the PBS Traffic Advisory Committee (TAC) where she has served in all executive positions including chair, vice-chair, secretary and the creator and editor of the TAC Times Newsletter.

Sabrena Norris

Sabrena began her career in the Traffic/Operations area at WEDU, Tampa in 1986. She was promoted to WEDU's Programming Operations Supervisor in 1992. She joined the Programming Service in 1998 as Program Coordinator and currently as Program Director/Finance Manager. She is past vice-chair of the PBS Traffic Advisory Committee (TAC).

Sandra Sutta

Sandra spent 18 years in the general aviation industry before joining the Programming Service in 2005. She began as Program Assistant and was then promoted in 2010 to Program Coordinator.
