FORDS INNOVATIVE SERVICES - Key Persons

Eric K. Talford has worked in the roofing industry since graduating from Berks Technical Institute in 1993. Prior to finding Fords Innovative Services, Mr. Talford spent 22 years with Wolfe Roofing and Sheet Metal Inc., a large regional roofing contractor based in Reading, Pa. He began his career as a draftsperson and quickly progressed to estimator then to project manager. Promoted to Senior Vice President in 2004, Mr. Talford was intimately involved with over a 15 million square feet of roofing consisting of warehouse, offices, distribution, retail shopping centers and schools. He holds an Associate's degree in specialized technology (Architectural). He completed OSHA 10 hour and 30 hour Outreach Training Program in construction safety and health, financial management courses and Fails job profits program. In 2006, Mr. Talford was named one of the top 20 business executives under 40 by the Eastern Pennsylvania business journal.
