Catherine Pickford became the Archdeacon of Northolt in September 2020. Previously, she served in the diocese of Newcastle for 20 years, as Team Rector in Newcastle's multicultural west end, and latterly as priest in charge of a Northumbrian village and Diocesan Clergy Development Officer. She was also Chair of the House of Clergy and served on General Synod. As a northerner in London, Catherine is particularly interested in the interaction between faith and regional identity. Catherine is married to John, a sculptor, and they have 3 school aged children.

Joanne Grenfell became the Bishop of Stepney in July 2019. Previously, Joanne was Archdeacon of Portsdown in the Diocese of Portsmouth, and before that Director of Ordinands and Residentiary Canon in Sheffield. She has experience of outer housing estate and inner city parishes, chaplaincy, and cathedral ministry.
Before ordination, Joanne was Lecturer in English at Oriel College Oxford, where she completed a DPhil in English Literature, specializing in Edmund Spenser and cultural geography. She also has an MA from the University of British Columbia, and a first degree from Oxford. She trained for ordination at Westcott House.
Joanne's interests include mission and strategic development, education, particularly school governance, public life, and poetry. She is a Trustee of the Trust for London which tackles poverty and inequality in the capital. Her diocesan responsibilities involve being Bishop Sarah's lead bishop for safeguarding and overseeing the Diocese's social engagement ministry.
She is married to the Revd Canon Dr James Grenfell, Director of the Portsmouth Pathway, and they have three children.
The Ven John Hawkins is the Archdeacon of Hampstead.
Before being made Archdeacon, John served as the parish priest at a number of churches in the Edmonton Area of the Diocese of London, including St Matthias and St John Hendon. He has also been Bishop's Missioner at King's Cross London since 2013 when he was also made a Prebendary of St Paul's Cathedral.

The Right Revd Jonathan Baker studied at St John's College, Oxford and then trained for the ordained ministry at St Stephen's House, Oxford. He served his first curacy at Ascot Heath, in Oxford Diocese from 1993 to 1996.
From 1996 he was firstly Curate at Reading St Mark before becoming Priest-in-Charge from 1996 to 1999, and then Vicar from 1999 to 2002. From 1996 to 1999 he was also Priest-in-Charge at Reading Holy Trinity and from 1999 to 2002 he was Vicar.
