Dr. Wallach has been in private practice since 1997. He attended medical school and performed his post-graduate dermatologic training at NYU School of Medicine. After initially working in private practice in New York City, he moved to northern California in 2001, where he continues practicing.
A fellow of both the American Academy of Dermatology and the American Academy of Dermatologic Surgery, Dr. Wallach is also an advising physician at John Muir Hospital in Walnut Creek, California. Although he diagnoses and treats the full gamut of dermatologic problems for both adult and pediatric populations, he is best known for diagnosing and surgically managing many types of skin cancer, including malignant melanoma. He enjoys a stellar reputation for his thorough patient care and detailed performance of minimally invasive cosmetic procedures.
His specialties include Medical and Surgical Dermatology for both adult and pediatric patients as well as Cosmetic Dermatology procedures including the use of neurotoxins, fillers, and lasers.
Dr. Wallach is married and the father of two children who attend school in the North Tahoe area. In his free time, he enjoys skiing, hiking, and mountain biking. He is also an avid traveler who loves to prepare and eat amazing food.
Adrianne McKennie is a highly skilled Aesthetic Injector with over a decade of experience in Cosmetic Dermatology. Renowned for her artistry and attention to detail, Adrianne specializes in a range of minimally invasive treatments, including dermal fillers, neuromodulators, and skin rejuvenation therapies.
Adrianne holds a degree in Nursing from the University of Nevada Reno. She has completed advanced training in Aesthetic Medicine, allowing her to blend clinical expertise with a keen aesthetic sense. Her approach is centered on understanding each client's unique needs and goals, ensuring personalized treatment plans that enhance natural beauty while prioritizing safety and comfort. Anna Ellis was inspired to become a nurse by her mother, who is also a nurse. She attended the University of Nevada at Reno for her bachelors' degree in nursing. After graduating, her first job was at Saint Mary's Hospital in Reno in the medical/surgical unit where she learned many skills that she has carried with her. She decided to transfer to the emergency department at Renown Medical Center and enjoyed the excitement and fast-paced nature of the ER.
One of Anna's goals was to become a nurse practitioner and decided to apply to the very competitive Master of Science in Nursing/Nurse Practitioner Program at the University of Nevada at Reno. She was elated to be accepted and thus start the next chapter in her career as a nurse practitioner. After graduating, her first job was in primary care at Renown Health, which has served as an excellent foundation for her as a nurse practitioner. After Renown Health, Anna spent some time at Planned Parenthood where she was able to experience the challenges of providing care to the uninsured or underinsured.
Always interested in the field of dermatology, when an opportunity to work in dermatology arose, she quickly accepted. Anna has a breadth of knowledge and experience in various disciplines in nursing. Her diverse background has helped to create the foundation for her holistic approach to patient care.

Brad Hammon, D.O., is a native of Nevada from a place considered the "Friendliest Town in Nevada". He completed his undergraduate studies in biology with minors in chemistry and psychology at the University of Nevada, Reno. Then he moved to Colorado to complete his medical degree from Rocky Vista University College of Osteopathic Medicine. Dr. Hammon completed his internship at Sampson Region Medical Center in North Carolina, then relocated to Ohio for his dermatology training at Ohio Health Riverside Methodist in Columbus. He is excited to be back in his native state to provide dermatologic care.
Dr. Hammon enjoys all aspects of dermatology, including surgical and cosmetic procedures. He received extensive training in pediatric dermatology during his residency, where he worked with distinguished pediatric dermatologists for six months at Nationwide Children's Hospital.
He enjoys spending time with his family and friends. He has been doing CrossFit for the past 12 years and admires the mental and physical challenge it offers daily. In his time off, you'll likely find him outdoors golfing, skiing, or camping.
Brandie's work experience shows a breadth of experience in the medical field, from working directly with patients to supervising and instructing fellow caregivers. Brandie has also conducted research on best practices and led meetings on ways to improve standards of care and working conditions. She is passionate about delivering the highest quality care to her patients and enjoys working with people of all ages.
Advanced Practice Nurse Cari Reese graduated from Samuel Merritt University with her Masters Degree in Nursing focusing on Case Management and worked as an emergency department nurse for seven years. She received her post-graduate Masters Degree as a Family Nurse Practitioner from Seattle University in 2006. As an APRN, Cari has practiced in emergency medicine, primary care, cardiology, and dermatology. Cari is certified as a Family Nurse Practitioner by the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners.

Dr. Bruce Fuller is originally from Vancouver, Canada and is excited to be back in the West and to spend time playing in the mountains with his wife and his semi-famous dog, Bocce.
Dr. Fuller received a Bachelor of Science in Physiology from McGill University in Montreal, Canada. He is trained as a physician scientist and completed a combined MD and PhD in skin immunology at Dartmouth Medical School. Dr. Fuller spent his internship year at Brown. He trained in dermatology at Yale where he was named chief resident in 2006 and graduated in 2007. Dr Fuller is board certified in Dermatology.
Dr. Fuller practiced as a dermatologist in the Tampa Bay, Florida area for 12 years. He served as an affiliate assistant professor of the Dermatology program at University of South Florida and helped lead the Sarasota Dermatology Society Clinical Conference. He has a special interest in treating skin cancer, complex rashes, and immune disorders of the skin. He has extensive experience working with seniors. Dr Fuller is passionate about caring for each patient as a unique person with their own situations and goals.

Dr. Dianne Kamenetsky is a board-certified Dermatologist practicing in Truckee since 1999. She is experienced in both medical and cosmetic dermatology. Dr. Kamenetsky graduated from the University of California San Francisco Medical School in 1991 and completed her residency at the University of Southern California in 1995. Dr. Kamenetsky is a fellow of the American Academy of Dermatology and a Diplomate of the American Board of Dermatology.
Dr. Kamenetsky enjoys cross country skiing and hiking in the Tahoe area. Her husband, Dr. Myron Kamenetsky, is a radiologist at Tahoe Forest Hospital. They have two grown children, Jake and Marissa.

Dr. John Hibler completed his medical and Dermatology training at Ohio University College of Osteopahtic Medicine in Athens, Ohio. Prior to and after this, he worked at his fathers dermatology private practice, and has devoted much of his time to expanding access to dermatology care in rural East Africa.
As an osteopathic physician, Dr. Hibler believes in treating the whole person, not just a specific ailment or symptom. As the saying goes, "it's all connected". He does specialize in medical, pediatric, surgical and cosmetic dermatology and uses the most advanced biologic medications as well as traditional, holistic, and natural remedies.
Dr. Hibler lives in North Lake Tahoe with his wife and two adorable kittens where he enjoys spending his spare time doing anything outdoors, cooking, and tinkering with projects in the garage. He is active in the community, notably as an active member of the Tahoe Nordic Search and Rescue team.

Dr. Katie Manno is originally from northwest of Chicago, Illinois. She is a graduate of the University of Michigan - Ann Arbor, where she earned a Bachelor's degree in biochemistry, with a minor in Spanish language and literature. She then returned to Chicago and attended Rush Medical College for medical school, where she was inducted into the Alpha Omega Alpha Honor Medical Society. Dr. Manno completed a transitional year internship at Presence Resurrection Medical Center before her three-year dermatology residency at the John H.Stroger, Jr. Hospital of Cook County in Chicago.
Dr. Manno loves practicing medical, surgical, and cosmetic dermatology with an integrative focus. In 2023, Dr. Manno completed a nine-month certification in the practice of integrative dermatology through the only integrative dermatology certificate program available to dermatologists in the country. She values the opportunity to treat people of all ages within the field in a holistic manner, the ability to establish long-term relationships with patients, and is passionate about providing quality care to the thriving Reno-Tahoe area.
In her free time, Dr. Manno enjoys skiing, camping, running, fly fishing, international travel, and spending time with family, friends, and her dog, Bodhi.

Dr. Elizabeth Marchionne Cassinelli is a native of Nevada, originally from Las Vegas. She earned her undergraduate degree in physiology from the University of Arizona and graduated medical school from the University of Nevada Reno School of Medicine. She did her internship in internal medicine at the University of California Irvine. She completed her dermatology training at the University of California San Francisco. Dr. Cassinelli has published multiple peer-reviewed articles and presented at national dermatology conferences.
Dr. Cassinelli is interested in all aspects of dermatology and enjoys seeing patients of all ages.
In her free time, Dr. Cassinelli enjoys spending time with her family and friends, traveling, reading, and adventuring outdoors.

Dr. Stadler has been practicing General Dermatology and Cosmetic Dermatology in the Reno and Carson City area since 1999. Dr. Stadler is a Diplomat of the American Board of Dermatology and specializes in cosmetic dermatology and surgical dermatology.
Dr. Stadler attended medical school in Chicago at Rush Presbyterian Saint Luke Medical Center in 1991. After graduation he interned at Walter Reed Army Medical Center and served as a Commander of a U.S. Army Medical Clinic for 4 years. His training in Dermatology and cosmetics was received in New York at the University of Rochester, Strong Memorial Medical Center.

Dr. Irene Kramarczuk Mannering is from Minneapolis, MN. She graduated from the University of Missouri Columbia with an M.D. and completed her dermatology residency at the University of California Irvine. She practiced general dermatology at Kaiser Permanente in Southern California for three years before moving to Reno, NV.
Dr. Kramarczuk Mannering is a board-certified dermatologist who enjoys helping patients of all ages by providing skin cancer screenings and treatment, managing acne, performing surgeries, and treating skin conditions such as psoriasis, eczema, other rashes.
While she was born in the Midwest, her heart is here in the West (where she and her husband met and were married in nearby Incline Village). In her free time, you'll find her running, hiking, biking, traveling and fishing with her two children, husband, and dog. She is excited to work with patients on their skin care needs in Northern Nevada.

Dr. Shackelton is double board certified in both dermatology and dermatopathology, and is a fellow of both the American Academy of Dermatology and the American Society of Dermatopathology. He is a Reno native and returned to Northern Nevada to join SCDI in 2013.
Dr. Shackelton obtained his Bachelor of Science degree in molecular biophysics and biochemistry, summa cum laude, from Yale University. He received his medical degree from Harvard Medical School. He completed his internship at Harvard Medical School and residency training in dermatology at the University of Pittsburgh, where he served as chief resident. He then completed a subspecialty fellowship in dermatopathology under the mentorship of Dr. Dirk Elston at the Ackerman Academy of Dermatopathology in New York City. As a fellow of the Ackerman Academy, he served as a clinical instructor at the SUNY Downstate Medical Center in Brooklyn, New York.
Dr. Shackelton is passionate about all aspects of medical and surgical dermatology and enjoys caring for patients of all ages, from infants to the elderly. He subspecializes in dermatopathology, which involves studying and diagnosing cutaneous diseases at a microscopic level. Dr. Shackelton serves as an expert panelist for Grand Rounds (www.grandrounds), through which he provides expert second opinions on complicated dermatologic cases. He is also a community faculty member at the University of Nevada School of Medicine, where he is involved in a student outreach clinic, classroom instruction, and clinical rotations.
Dr. Shackelton spends his free time with his wife Amanda, an attorney, and their four children. He enjoys the many outdoor activities that make Northern Nevada so special (while wearing sunscreen!). He feels very fortunate to be able to raise his children in the Reno community and give back to his hometown.

A graduate of Carrington College, Kat came to Northern Nevada in 1992 from Brewster, New York. She began her career in the medical field over 20 years ago and has worked in orthopedics, plastic surgery, and on a local hospital's general surgical unit, where she found her passion as a nurse assisting in Mohs surgery. Today, she continues her aesthetic practice as a nurse injector.

Dr. Kiene began practicing dermatology in the Reno/Carson City area in 1995. In August of 1996, Dr. Kiene, Dr. Rowe, and Dr. Blackhart became partners in Skin Cancer and Dermatology Institute.
Dr. Kiene is one of only four fellowship trained Mohs Micrographic Surgeons in Northern Nevada. Mohs Micrographic Surgery is a procedure that insures higher cure rates for basal cell and squamous cell carcinoma by taking the least amount of tissue necessary to clear the margins. In addition to specializing in Mohs, Dr. Kiene also practices general dermatology.
Dr. Kiene graduated with his Medical Doctoral degree from UCLA School of Medicine in 1990. He completed his internship at UCLA San Fernando Valley and his dermatology residency from the UCLA Combined Dermatology Program in Los Angeles. His one-year fellowship in Moh's micrographic surgery was completed at the University of British Columbia in Vancouver, Canada.
Dr. Kiene is married and has three children, Max, Catherine and Sam. He enjoys, boating, fishing and backpacking with family and friends and is an active member of his church.
Kiley Sloat, RN, is a dedicated healthcare professional who embarked on a transformative journey to pursue her passion for skin care and wellness. After obtaining her bachelor's degree from the University of California, Davis, she relocated to the vibrant city of Reno.
