David has almost 30 years' experience in the financial and commercial property market. In addition to his involvement in the debt and equity financing structures of the Group companies, David oversees all commercial property transactions and corporate structuring.
Ian joined Groveworld in 1994 and now has over 30 years in the industry including experience in main contracting, volume house building and mixed use central London large scale development. His expertise is of particular relevance with regard to the technical and commercial issues required for large complicated land assembly regeneration projects.
Lou has over 30 years' experience in residential and mixed use development. As a Director of Groveworld he has particular expertise in the field of land acquisition and regeneration. Lou has facilitated the delivery of numerous high profile developments across the London Boroughs of Camden, Islington and Hackney and has shaped the Groveworld philosophy in creating vibrant place-making communities for people to live and work in.
Nick Morris - Chief Commercial Officer
Ross has almost 15 years' experience across the commercial and residential sectors, as both a principal and consultant. Having worked on high profile development, regeneration and investment projects, Ross' skill set includes land identification, planning negotiation, site assembly and viability. Ross possesses an extensive contact list within the industry and enjoys working closely with design teams to deliver the optimal solution.
